From the moment we began this process, every person from Watkins Construction & Roofing- Alabama exceeded our expectations! First, Josh came to the house for the initial set-up and shingle color selection. He was patient and offered insightful feedback that helped us make this decision. He listened to our questions and offered suggestions that would meet our needs.
Next, from the moment Matt G. was assigned as our Project Director, his communication with us was so impressive. Every step of the way, Matt made this experience wonderful. His crew was TOP NOTCH and so efficient. It is easy to see that Watkins has high expectations of their employees and the work ethic is impressive!
Taking this to the next level, during this construction- one of our cameras was knocked off and accidentally discarded. Matt, took the initiative to get an exact replacement of our camera and delivered it to our house for us!

In closing, Watkins just made this first-time experience so wonderful! They were accommodating, considerate and so easy to work with (plus, the work they did on our roof was absolutely amazing).
