We guarantee to put our best work into your roofing project. In the event that anything is not perfect, we want you to know that we will make it right. Watkins Construction and Roofing will repair any roof leak caused by installation error — and we will also pay for any sheetrock, insulation, and paint that is needed to complete repairs from a leak. Even after the 50 years are up, most workmanship-related leaks are minor, and we’ve made it a practice to take care of those at no cost to you.
In addition, we also offer a one-time transfer of the 50-Year Workmanship Labor Warranty. For a small fee of $100, we will transfer this warranty into the name of the new owner of a home on which we installed a new roof. Prior to the transfer, we require a roof inspection, then the new owner of your home can enjoy the same peace-of-mind as you have had, with their Watkins roof guaranteed to last.
